The JL Canyon ranch is a working ranch with cattle and horses located in the heart of historic ranch country in Ellsworth county, where some of the most famous cattle trails of old existed. You'll enjoy virtually unlimited riding, with liberties and freedoms not normally found on other guest ranches. We are not a dude ranch nor a resort. Our string of horses are working ranch horses, not stable horses, thus nose to tail riding is strongly discouraged.
