SPRING RANCH ROUNDUP
This is your chance to be a part of the old west. Herd white faced cattle across wide open spaces and through deep colorful canyons. Eat dinner on the trail served out of a chuck wagon pulled by mules. Separate mama cows from the babies, rope and drag em to the fire. In the evening brush off the dust and sit down to a steak supper with all the trimmings served in a rustic cook house.
